Our new Processed Egg Residue Detection Kit incorporates a novel and straightforward extraction procedure that facilitates high efficiency detection of egg protein in both non-processed and heat-processed foods. Further, there is no requirement for additives or alternative extraction solutions for samples containing tannins/polyphenols. This kit therefore satisfies the requirement of a straightforward and robust quantitative Egg Assay applicable across the widest range of foods.
